Its a Misaligned Cutting Error ! ! !
LQQK closely..... on the left side you can see the next note that was printed......
Also, check out all four margins of the FRONT . Right side is none , left side is large with next note showing.... , and bottom margin and top margin are normal....
NOW, ........ Check out the back !
Almost all four sides of margin are centered perfectly......
