And lower left black district # 5 is entering border design.... Check it out,

Also GREEN Treasury seal is shifted LEFT and DOWN

Lower right district #5 is over Sec Treas name also

Shift LEFT errors are much tougher to find than right shift errors.....Great ERROR note to add to your collection....,
